RETURN, REFUND, STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGE POLICY

At La Noosha Inc, we take pride in offering fine jewelry crafted with exceptional quality and care. Due to the nature, value, and security considerations associated with jewelry purchases, all returns, refunds, exchanges, store credits, accommodations, and claims are subject to inspection, authentication, and final approval by La Noosha Inc.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Eligible items may be considered for return within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for return consideration, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Item must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, repair, resizing, polishing, cleaning, stone replacement, or modification
• Original security tags must remain attached and untampered
• Original packaging, certificates, authenticity cards, grading reports, and all accompanying documentation must be included
• Return request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery
• Item must successfully pass inspection and authenticity verification by La Noosha Inc
AUTHENTICATION & INSPECTION
For security and fraud-prevention purposes, all returned merchandise undergoes professional inspection and verification.
La Noosha Inc reserves the right to perform any verification procedures deemed necessary, including but not limited to:
• Weight verification
• Metal testing
• Gemstone inspection
• Serial number verification
• Manufacturing mark verification
• Documentation review
• Photography comparison
• Packaging review
• Condition assessment
La Noosha Inc reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether a returned item is the same item originally shipped to the customer.
Any item found to be altered, substituted, counterfeit, damaged, incomplete, worn, modified, tampered with, or otherwise inconsistent with original shipment records may be rejected.
SECURITY TAG REQUIREMENT
Any item returned with removed, altered, damaged, replaced, or missing security tags shall automatically be ineligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
REFUND POLICY
Approved returns for purchases under $2,000 may qualify for:
• Refund to original payment method
• Exchange
• Store credit
All refunds are subject to successful inspection, authentication, and final approval by La Noosha Inc.
STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGE POLICY
Approved returns for purchases between $2,000 and $5,000 may qualify for:
• Exchange
• Store credit
Refunds are not available for purchases between $2,000 and $5,000.
Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may only be used toward future purchases from La Noosha Inc.
HIGH-VALUE PURCHASES OVER $5,000
Orders exceeding $5,000 are not eligible for refunds.
However, subject to successful inspection, authentication, and approval by La Noosha Inc, eligible merchandise may be exchanged for another item available in our inventory.
If the replacement item has a higher purchase price, the customer shall be responsible for paying the difference.
If the replacement item has a lower purchase price, the difference will be issued as store credit only and shall not be redeemable for cash.
All exchanged merchandise must satisfy all return eligibility requirements, including authenticity verification, inspection approval, original condition requirements, and attached security tags.
La Noosha Inc reserves the sole right to approve or deny any exchange request.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:
• Custom-made jewelry
• Made-to-order jewelry
• Personalized or engraved jewelry
• Resized rings
• Special-order merchandise
• Clearance items
• Promotional items discounted more than 20%
• Gift cards
• Earrings where restricted by applicable law or hygiene regulations
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Customers must contact La Noosha Inc prior to returning any merchandise.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused and returned to sender.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are solely responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• Shipping insurance
• Tracking services
• Signature confirmation
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
La Noosha Inc is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged during transit.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers must notify La Noosha Inc within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery if:
• Item arrives damaged
• Incorrect item is received
• Shipment appears incomplete
Claims must include:
• Order number
• Clear photographs
• Packaging photographs
• Shipping label photographs
• Written description of the issue
All claims are subject to investigation, verification, and approval.
FRAUD PREVENTION
For security and fraud-prevention purposes, La Noosha Inc documents merchandise prior to shipment, including photographs, videos, weight records, product characteristics, packaging records, serial numbers where applicable, and shipment information.
These records may be used to investigate claims, verify authenticity, respond to disputes, defend chargebacks, and protect against fraud.
RIGHT TO DENY RETURNS
La Noosha Inc reserves the right to deny any return, refund, exchange, store credit request, claim, accommodation, or request if:
• Policy requirements are not met
• Authenticity cannot be verified
• Item condition differs from original shipment records
• Security tags are missing or altered
• Fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected
• Required documentation is incomplete
• Merchandise has been worn, damaged, altered, cleaned, resized, repaired, or modified
CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to contact La Noosha Inc before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported chargebacks may be contested using delivery confirmation, shipment records, photographs, inspection findings, communications, tracking information, and transaction records.
La Noosha Inc reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
DISCRETIONARY RESOLUTION
Where permitted by law, La Noosha Inc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to offer a refund, exchange, store credit, repair, replacement, or alternative resolution on a case-by-case basis.
LIMITATION
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, restrict, or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
